As any other CEN Workshop, WS/BII is open to all participants who are interested and willing to join. Actually, participation from all stakeholders - both from the public as well as the private sector – is encouraged by the existing members, as a wider audience contributes to robustness of the Workshop results.

Organisations considering to participate in the BII2 workshop may have observers attend one workshop meeting. Request for observers should be sent to the secretariat to ensure all relevant documents are made available to such observers.
Active members from other initiatives with whom a formal liaison has been established (e.g. the eInvoicing3 workshop, etc.) will be allowed and encouraged to participate in the work of the relevant Task Teams within BII2.
